Bagja is currently working as an English teacher for two different institutions- Sekolah Citra Alam, Ciganjur and LBPP LIA Depok. Realizing that he knows very litle about education, he is now trying to pursue his master degree in Education at University of Prof. Dr. Hamka Jakarta. He hopes that he can be the great teacher - the highest level of teacher according to William Arthur Ward - who is able to do more than only telling, explaining, and demonstrating, but rather inspiring the students . It takes him ten years to realize that teaching is his truly profession because he’s dreaming of doing another job-farming. As an agriculture graduate. , he is dreaming of managing his own farming business in a quiet and peaceful rural area. He still has that dream, but the fact is that he’s a teacher and he has to give the best to his students, that’s why he’s trying to equip himself with suffecient knowledge about aducation. The dream is still there, hybernating in his mind and waiting for the moment of truth.
